Helping people has always been a passion of mine so I started a food bank campaign and one day hope to be able to extend this service to be able to provide more help to those families in need.

Some bakery items come from a fresh bakery local to the area and are collected the night before pick up day.  Many of these products are unsliced and not bagged.  So please byo bags.

The other bakery items plus fruit and vegetables come from a supermarket chain close to the area of pick up and these items will come in a variety of sliced and unsliced although 95% of the products are already bagged.  These items are collected either the day of pick up or the night before pick up.

Providing this service requires some cost as well as public liability insurance, therefore a small registration fee of $10 per year per family is required upon your second pick up.  Registering will mean you will be kept up to date with collection dates and times as well as providing you and your family with any special requirements e.g. multigrain only, white only etc. Donations are also greatly appreciated and 100% goes towards the cost of the public liability insurance (any registered member can view the financial registry).
